The Our Lady of Good Counsel (OLGC) campus is 23 acres nestled in a Vienna, VA neighborhood. The parish has grown from 750 families in 1955 to about 3,600 families in 2019 and the facilities have grown in order to accommodate those numbers. The campus consists of several buildings that the Church and School use on a daily basis. In addition to the Church and School buildings, there is onsite parking, a softball field, an upper athletic field, basketball hoops, two school playgrounds, a prayer garden and outdoor stations of the cross.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed on OLGC grounds. Please do not bring dogs or other pets on school grounds especially during morning arrival, afternoon dismissal. Fairfax County Health Department prohibits the presence of dogs and pets on school grounds for health and safety purposes. Thank you for following these policies in order to ensure the well being of all.

From the Capital Beltway take exit number 46A, Route 123 South, Tysons Corner. Travel south on Route 123, crossover Route 7 and drive through three lights (approximately 2 miles). After seeing Emmaus Church of Christ on your right, turn left onto Niblick Drive. Follow Niblick Drive until the street ends at the entrance to Our Lady of Good Counsel campus.
Traveling North on Route 123 (Maple Avenue) through the Town of Vienna from Fairfax or Oakton. After passing Westwood Country Club on your left, turn right onto Niblick Drive. Follow Niblick Drive until the street ends at the entrance to Our Lady of Good Counsel campus.
- The Preschool, Church and DeSales Hall are on the left behind the bell tower.
- The Sacred Heart Chapel is the circular building on the left just past the bell tower.
- The St. Joseph Center is to the right of the school.
- The Administration building is on the left just past the Chapel.
- The School is on the right and has the white front.
- The Fr. Brisson Gymnasium is behind the School.
Please be aware that school carpool procedures are in effect during the school year during the hours of 7am-8:15am and 2:30-3:15pm Monday-Friday. Certain parking lots will not be available for parking.

All non OLGC groups are required to fill out a Facility Use Agreement.
All facilities requests by OLGC Organizations must be submitted at least 7 business days in advance of the requested event date.

All events require a Facilities Request Form to be submitted.
Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church is fortunate to have the following facilities available for use by our school, parish and groups. The ministries schedule their events for the upcoming year in June. Once scheduled, the facilities are made available to parish groups, parishioners, and the Diocese. All outside organizations and individuals can schedule use 60 days prior to the date, if available.
All events on campus must follow these Facilities Use and Event Rules.

DeSales Hall: $200/hour with $500 deposit
Capacity: 200 people with tables, chairs & dance floor, 250 people with tables & chairs, 300 people in chairs facing stage
St. Joseph’s Center: $25/hour
Aviat Room (meeting room) - capacity 12-15 people
Brisson Room (meeting room) - capacity 16-25 people
Counsel Room - (only available to OLGC groups) capacity 200 people at cafeteria tables, 100 people at round tables, 180 people with chairs only
Fr. Brisson Gym - $90/hour
Campus Fields: $50/month per team (one practice a week) or $100/hr for event
