Director of Finance
OLGC is looking for an experienced finance professional with management experience. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating cost, budget, audit and general ledger activities for both Church and School. This position reports directly to the Pastor and has active interaction with Parish Leaders, School Parents, the Parish Finance Council and the Diocese CFO and staff. Administrative Assistant - Liturgy
This position provides Liturgical, Sacramental and Office support for the Liturgical Life of the OLGC Community. A sampling of the duties include maintaining of all consumables materials used for liturgy; prepares orders of services for all Weekend Masses, Holy Days and Feast Days, Funeral Masses, and School Masses; works with the pertinent staff in processing Sacramental requests including baptisms, pre-Cana preparation and weddings, ministry to the sick and homebound, and funerals. This position is to provide logistical, scheduling, and administrative support for all events held at OLGC’s facilities or under OLGC’s auspices. Parish Principle Organist
The parish is committed to liturgy that is life-giving, and is a community that likes to sing. Responsibilities include: Weekend Masses; accompanist for Parish Choirs, and cantors; assist Director of Liturgy in providing support and training for Cantors and other music ministers; Holy Days and other parish liturgies; must be comfortable with both traditional and contemporary repertoire and proficient on both the organ and piano. In addition, organist provides music for funerals and weddings, with additional compensation. Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
