Youth Ministry

OLGC Youth Ministry provides opportunities for young people to combine their Catholic identity with fun events and practical application, and to grow their faith in a welcoming and safe environment.

SUNDAY NIGHTLIFE:

DeSales Hall 6-8pm, weekly

Teens (grades 9-12) are welcome to gather following 5pm Sunday Mass. We play games, meet with friends, share our faith, and discuss topics relevant to your life.

MIDDLE SCHOOL MONDAYS:

DeSales Hall 6-7:30pm, twice a month

Students (grades 6-8) are welcome to join us for dinner, games, fellowship, and opportunities to grow in faith!

SERVANT LEADERSHIP TEAM:

The servant leadership team seeks to lead their peers and grow in their personal faith. This team is open to 10-12 graders with a heart for serving others and making people feel welcome!

RETREATS:

These are open to anyone looking to have a fun weekend and also grow in their faith! This is a great opportunity to make new friends and learn something new.

HS Winter Retreat: A weekend retreat Friday to Sunday held off-campus in partnership with other local parishes. Open to grades 9-12th grade

2026 Dates: January 30-February 1

MS Lock-In Retreat: A one night retreat Saturday to Sunday held on OLGC campus. Open to 6-8th grade

2026 Dates: May 16-17

OFF-CAMPUS OUTINGS: We will be scheduling regular outings for lots of fun. The more the merrier, so come with friends!

WORKCAMP: Help those in need while having fun in a new part of the country. This faith-filled week is spent painting and repairing homes in a struggling community for a week during the summer. Open to rising 9-12
