All registrations and payments are to be done through Sports Pilot the online registration. Bring release forms to assessments.

Registration Fee: $90.00 per player.

Important dates:

  • Registration Deadline: September 5
  • Practices Start Date: Week of September 8

  • SportsPilot Registration NOW OPEN
  •

Practice Locations / Times: We have secured Marshall HS and Madison HS tennis courts for practices. The team practices are set by the coaches.

Matches will occur every Sunday throughout the season, culminating in playoffs tentatively scheduled for early November. Matches begin at either 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM at a Fairfax County High School with tennis courts.

We encourage 1-2 practices per week, lasting approximately 60-75 minutes each. We understand that missing a practice is no problem; our goal is to introduce tennis to the kids and foster their interest. Please let coaches know in advance if Sundays won't work for your child, as we'll need practicing players available for matches. To support match days (Sundays), we'll need at least 4 volunteers per team. No tennis experience is necessary!

Our Volunteer Policy:

Parents and adults are encouraged to volunteer. All volunteers must become Volunteer Compliant by completing the required background checks and Virtus training session. Visit the Volunteering with Children webpage for more information. For more in-depth information, please visit the Catholic Diocese of Arlington - Office of Child Protection.
