OLGC’s 7th Annual Thanksgiving Dinner Drive is in the books! THANK YOU!

In these unprecedented times, the OLGC community stepped up to provide 251 local families with Thanksgiving Dinner. It was a massive undertaking that would not have been realized without the continued support and generosity of our donors. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! The families that received these amazing meal boxes-including Walmart gift cards-were immensely thankful. This year-we supported 4 local elementary schools and all of the requests that came through the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.

Thank you to all the volunteers that came out to load up and drive dinners-we could not have done this without you all! And a very special thank you to the TDD committee. Planning for this event begins in early October-and this year required additional strategies to ensure that all the requests were met. That included driving to pick-up dinners early, shopping for families who were home-bound, devising a plan for 251 drop-offs, and much much more.

To the best team ever - Irene, Rachel, Tina, Amy, Cheryl, and Teresa-you make this look easy!!
