Excerpt from Fr. Matt's letter dated 5-26-21 -

Starting on Saturday, May 29, 2021, OLGC Church will no longer require fully vaccinated people to wear a mask or physically distance, based on the CDC recommendation. This will apply to the parish offices, Mass, meetings, liturgical, faith formation, and fellowship events. This does not apply to OLGC School as they operate under a different set of guidelines. All OLGC School students, teachers, staff, parents, and visitors must wear a mask over their nose and mouth while on school property. The school guidelines will also be in place for all attendees, when students are involved, such as for Mass on June 2, Graduation on June 4, Summer Fun Camp from June 16-25, Vacation Bible School July 12-16, and Confirmation Retreat July 29 and August 7.

OLGC will not require proof of vaccination nor will we inquire about vaccination status. If you are fully vaccinated and would like to continue to wear a mask, please do so. We understand that not everyone feels comfortable being mask-less in public and not everyone is eligible or wants to be vaccinated. If you are not fully vaccinated, please keep up the protective behaviors such as wearing a mask while indoors and in public, physical distancing, avoiding crowds/large gatherings/poorly ventilated spaces, and practice hand sanitation. If you need a vaccine, find out how to make an appointment.
