Register by February 21 for the 3rd Trimester--No Late Registrations Will Be Accepted!
OLGC School offers 1-hour, 2-hour, and 3-hour ECAP programs for the 2024-2025 school year for students in Kindergarten through 8th Grade after the school day.
Starting Friday, January 17 through Friday, February 21 you may register your students for the 3rd Trimester.
To register your OLGC student(s) in Kindergarten - 8th grade, go to www.olgcschool.org/parents/ecap. Complete an enrollment form and pay for each individual student via Faith Direct.
3rd Trimester ECAP runs from Tuesday, March 11, 2025 - Thursday, June 12, 2025.
Deadline to register for the 3rd Trimester is Friday, February 21 at 11:55 p.m. and no late registrations will be accepted.
Refunds are issued only if moving out of Northern Virginia.
